In the now open window, you can see the silhouette of a couple sitting at the table. They are sitting in a traditional Japanese house with curved roofs on a property surrounded by water. Two women with typical Japanese accessories, umbrellas and fans, are walking across the watercourse in traditional dress. Both figures are made of solid wood and coloured by hand. A small bridge leads from one bank to the other, and stones also form a crossing. Ripples play on the effectively illuminated water and a few fish swim by. This candle arch is partially coloured and kept in two tones.
