Pitti and his friends are busy enjoying winter fun. Building a snowman requires a few ingredients. Schnatterinchen carries the carrot, Struppi the broom and Pittiplatsch completes the snowman with a proper top hat. Mr Fox and Mrs Magpie are getting ready to go sledging, while our Sandmännchen approaches at speed with a team of reindeer to bring the late-night activities to their predetermined end. Hidden in the dense green of the forest is a large fir tree with beautifully carved and painted cones. Beneath this fir tree is the forest workers' territory. Three small carved deer are being cared for at the frost house. With enough food from the manger and water from the trough, the three fawns are sure to be back on their feet in no time. Next to the forester's lodge, the felled wood is processed into firewood and stored. Two carved and painted fir trees complete the picture. The fir tree is beautiful to look at when it gets dark, because that's when the indirect LED lighting really comes into its own.
