Der 26 cm große Bergmann hält zwei Pyramidenkerzen in den Händen und ist aufgrund seiner Größe das Schmuckstück einer jeden Dekoration. Er ist vollständig aus heimischen Hölzern gefertigt und in liebevoller Handarbeit entstanden. Die klassische Form dieses gesandelten Lichter-Bergmanns wartet mit einer außergewöhnlichen Oberflächenoptik auf. In einem speziellen Herstellungsverfahren werden die Fichtenkörper zunächst komplett schwarz gebrannt und anschließend mit Drahtbürsten bearbeitet, um die individuelle Holzmaserung freizulegen. Die Methode des "Sandelns" verlangt viel Fingerspitzengefühl und schafft einzigartige Zeugnisse erzgebirgischer Handwerkstradition.
