Pitti and his friends are busy enjoying winter fun. Building a snowman requires a few ingredients. Schnatterinchen carries the carrot, Struppi the broom and Pittiplatsch completes the snowman with a proper top hat. Mr Fox and Mrs Magpie are getting ready to go sledging, while our Sandmännchen approaches at speed with a team of reindeer to bring the late-night activities to their predetermined end. The red real glass baubles must be hung carefully on the fir tree. The fir tree is made of light birch plywood and is finished with glittering hoarfrost. It is indirectly illuminated and creates an atmospheric ambience. Pitti is made entirely of hardwood, as is the base plate. This hardwood is particularly dimensionally stable. We have polished the glaze to give it an elegant silk matt sheen. The characteristic white fur on the head and arms contrasts with the dark body. The two red shoes each have a white pompom.
