Shipping and payment
Goods are regularly delivered by post to the delivery address specified by the customer. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the seller's checkout process is authoritative.
Notwithstanding this, if PayPal is selected as the payment method, the delivery address provided by the customer at the time of payment via PayPal is binding. If the transport company returns the delivered goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer shall bear the costs of the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer is not responsible for the circumstances that led to the impossibility of delivery or if the customer was temporarily prevented from accepting the service offered, unless the customer was notified of the service in advance within a reasonable period of time. For logistical reasons, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself .
We ship with Deutsche Post and DHL. Delivery charges within Germany, other EU countries and non-EU countries Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of £7.90 per order for goods valued at up to £250. Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €250. For shipping to other EU countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of €25.00 per order. Shipping to Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom costs €30.00 per order. For shipping to non-EU countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of €70.00 per order. We reserve the right to only deliver against advance payment by bank transfer in individual cases.
