Pitti and his friends are busy enjoying winter fun. Building a snowman requires a few ingredients. Schnatterinchen carries the carrot, Struppi the broom and Pittiplatsch completes the snowman with a proper top hat. Mr Fox and Mrs Magpie are getting ready to go sledging, while our Sandmännchen approaches at speed with a team of reindeer to bring the late-night activities to their predetermined end. A carpenter in work clothes takes care of the rough cutting of the basic material, wood. A wood artist paints a candle arch in front of the show workshop of the traditional Erzgebirge company Richard Glässer. Some blanks are still waiting to be processed. In the background, you can see the village of Seiffen with its typical church. Groups of trees adorn the outer arch.
