Der Bergmann gehört zu den traditionsreichsten Lichtträgern der erzgebirgischen Weihnacht. In dieser Ausführung trägt er ein detailreich gearbeitetes Joch, das mit vier Kerzenhaltern für Pyramidenkerzen (14?mm Durchmesser) ausgestattet ist. Mit einer Höhe von 40?cm wirkt die Figur besonders präsent und feierlich.
Ein besonderes Detail ist der doppelseitige Schriftzug am Joch: Auf der einen Seite steht „Ehre sei Gott in der Höhe“, auf der anderen „und Friede auf Erden“. Das Joch lässt sich frei drehen, sodass Sie die Aussage Ihrer Dekoration ganz individuell gestalten können.
