ATTENTION! New LED lighting for RATAGS candle arches from the 2nd quarter of 2021!

In the following illustration, we explain the differences that will help you identify the right bulbs if the lighting on your candle arch fails. Replacement bulbs for conventional filament lighting are not affected by this.

Your Schwibbogen is no longer lighting up? What now?

In the following instructions, we explain in simple steps how you can get your Schwibbogen lighting up again. (This only applies to original RATAGS products).

Before you begin repairs, please ensure that the power supply is not plugged into the mains.

Use a suitable tool to loosen the screws on the back.

Remove the back of the Schwibbogen.

Check which of the lights is defective. (Broken filament or bent contacts)

Überprüfen Sie welche Ersatzbirnchen Sie benötigen. 

Kleiner Schwibbogen = 10er Lichterkette (24V)
Großer Schwibbogen = 20er Lichterkette (12V)

Carefully remove the defective bulb with a lever.

Now insert the new bulb into the socket.

Now screw the back of the Schwibbogen back on tightly.
